Rustic Wedding Cake

A rustic buttercream cake with fresh flowers and raffia.
It has three tiers; one chocolate, one vanilla and one special one… ube  (oo-bee) which is a purple yam grown in the Phillipines and boiled for cakes and bakes.
The icing is a swiss meringue buttercream.
